The Renaissance Villages is a 240 acre, 1500 household master planned retirement community for veterans, first responders and front line workers.

A VISIONARY PROJECT

Renaissance Villages Niagara will be a gated community for retiring veterans, first responders, and frontline workers with a vision to create a home for our cherished members of the Canadian population that have unselfishly served and protected us. It’s an opportunity to give back and put those who have sacrificed, first. The Villages will incorporate green technology and feature state of the art amenities and innovations.

The project development plan features a comprehensive, self-sustaining community with 1500 architecturally designed, factory-built homes using modern technology, low carbon footprint, and energy-saving materials. The Villages will offer onsite shopping, dining, medical centres, entertainment and exclusive recreational, and fitness facilities. Additionally, we will provide extensive adult technical schooling and community pastime infrastructure that offers a workplace continuum for active community members.

The property will offer hotel and sustainable commercial opportunities and a large natural greenhouse enclosure for organic and sustainable fruit and vegetable production benefiting the entire community. The Villages will use superior environmental technology utilizing the site’s natural resources, state-of-the-art water recycling and purification systems, sewage and surface water treatment. We offer advanced zero emission technology for energy production and recycling combined with extensive solar, wind, and advanced ecological systems for a self- sufficient and independent community, the first of its kind in Canada.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

We have dreamed up a unique and special place for retiring veterans, 1st responders and front line workers entitled to live with friends they identify with and have shared experiences to live in with downsized housing that does not give up beauty and aesthetics in design and form.

A gated community that controls traffic and limited it to club cars, is patrolled and maintained with optimal security. Walking distance or chauffeured pickup and delivery to shopping and dining; recreation ball fields in view, and miles of trails, walks or cycles from your door step.

NEIGHBOURHOODS

A neighbourhood in Renaissance Villages is considered to be a social unit, described as clusters of houses forming a group of 150 homes housing up to 300 occupants. This gathering of adults is considered through a master planned project that offers an expanded experience in normal day to day living.
