EDWARD D. RUSSELL

Renaissance Villages Niagara is the vision of Architect Edward D. Russell, owner of the proposed site and a lifelong member of the Niagara community.

Mr. Russell is supported in this endeavour by his wife Frances Louise Russell, also a lifelong member of the Niagara community and serving presently as the Honorary Lieutenant Colonel of the Lincoln and Welland Regiment, the major sponsor of this endeavour having served in the peninsula since 1794 and the Butler Rangers.
